Mr. William M. Sheriff, BSc
Position: Non-Executive Chairman

Mr. Sheriff has over 30 years experience in the mineral exploration and development business, presently serving as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Golden Predator Corp and Chairman of Silver Predator Corp. Mr. Sheriff also serves as a Director of Western Lithium Corporation.

Mr. Sheriff co-founded and served as Director and Chairman of Energy Metals Corporation, formerly a public company listed on the NYSE Arca and the TSX which was acquired by Uranium One for $1.8 billion in 2007. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of Evolving Gold Corp., Quincy Gold Corp., Midway Gold Corp., Eurasian Minerals Inc. and Uranium One Inc.

As the founder and past-President of Platoro West Inc, a private company, he was widely acknowledged to be a leading precious metals prospect developer in the Western United States; in addition he amassed the largest uranium resource package ever in the United States. Mr. Sheriff also compiled and currently owns one of the largest privately-held mining databases in the world.

Mr. Sheriff has held various positions within the securities industry for A.G. Edwards & Sons Inc., Mitchum Jones & Templeton Inc. and for his own securities investment firm. He previously held various securities registrations including Series 3, Series 4, Series 7, Series 8 and Series 63 in addition to having been a registered investment advisor in the United States.

To date Mr. Sheriff has raised in excess of $130 million for projects under his leadership.

Mr. Sheriff received his B.Sc. in Geology from Fort Lewis College, Colorado and conducted graduate studies at the University of Texas-El Paso in Mining Geology and Mineral Economics.

 
Mr. Gerald G. Carlson, PhD, PEng
Position: Director

Mr. Carlson has been involved in mineral exploration and exploration company management for over 35 years with most of his exploration experience in the Canadian cordillera (BC and Yukon) plus Alaska, Mexico and Latin America. Prior to forming Copper Ridge in 1999, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of La Teko Resources Ltd., a position he held until the acquisition of La Teko by Kinross. Prior to that, he was President of ConSil Corp. (June 1995 to November 1996) and Vice-President, Exploration, for Dentonia Resources Ltd. (February 1994 to May 1995) and was the Canadian Exploration Manager for Anaconda from 1978 to 1984.

Mr. Carlson serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Almaden Minerals Ltd., Blue Sky Uranium Inc., BonTerra Resources Inc., Golden Aria Corp., Panthera Exploration Inc., and Tarsis Capital Corp. Mr. Carlson is the President of the Society of Economic Geologists Canada Foundation, a past President of AME BC (formerly the British Columbia and Yukon Chamber of Mines) and, in 2003, was awarded the CIM's J.C. Sproule Award in recognition of his contributions to mineral exploration in Canada's north.

Mr. Carlson acquired his B.A.Sc. from University of Toronto in Geological Engineering and completed graduate studies in Economic Geology including a M.Sc. from Michigan Technological University and Ph.D. from Dartmouth College.

 
Mr. John W. Legg, BA, LLB
Position: Director

Mr. Legg is the Executive Vice-President, Corporate Development and General Counsel for Golden Predator Royalty & Development Corp. He has been a securities lawyer in private practice with 15 years experience advising companies in natural resources, securities and corporate finance law as well as the planning, structuring and implementation of mergers and acquisitions in Canada and the United States.

Mr. Legg is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Business and Securities Law Subsections of the Canadian Bar Association, and holds a BA from the University of British Columbia and an LLB from Dalhousie Law School.

 
Mr. J. Greg Dawson, MSc, PGeo
Position: Director

Mr. Dawson has over 25 years of experience in the exploration business and previously was Vice President of Exploration for Copper Ridge Explorations Inc from 2004-2010. Prior to joining Copper Ridge, Mr. Dawson spent several years with Teck Exploration Ltd. working internationally in Central Asia and South America. Greg has also at various times worked as a consultant and as an independent prospector acquiring and vending his own properties.

Mr. Dawson obtained a BSc. in geology from the University of British Columbia in 1987 and a MSc. (MinEx) from Queens' University in 1991. Mr. Dawson is a member (PGeo) of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and is currently a director of AME BC where he sits on the Safety Committee and Chairs the Land Use Committee.

 
Mr. Dan Farrell
Position: Director

Mr. Farrell has spent the past 30 years in the natural resource sector and the financial services industry. He was the co-founder, CEO and President of Quincy Energy Corp, a uranium exploration company which was acquired by Energy Metals Corp. in 2006 for approximately $65,000,000. Mr. Farrell later found and funded Zacoro Metals Corp., which had identified and developed a large polymetallic orebody in Zacatecas State, Mexico and which was later acquired by Aura Minerals Inc. Zacoro Metals recently merged with Platoro West Holdings Ltd. and Mr. Farrell currently serves as Platoro's CEO as well as a director. Over the years Mr. Farrell has served as a director and officer of a number of public companies. Mr Farrell has also held various positions within the financial services industry, including positions with Yorkton Securities and American Express Financial Services, where he was fully licensed as a financial services advisor in both the United States and Canada.

Mr Farrell holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Michigan Technological University.
