Property and Ownership Description

Gold Dome is a 100% owned gold exploration property located 25 kilometers northwest of Mayo, in the Mayo Mining District, central Yukon Territory (see Figure 1). The property is subject to a 2% net smelter return ("NSR") and is further subject to an additional 2% NSR with respect to certain claims. The Gold Dome Property consists of 523 mineral claims, covering an area of approximately 10,000 hectares.

Project Description

Gold Dome is in a geological setting that is similar to that of the Sumitomo-Teck Cominco Pogo deposit in Alaska (5.6 million ounce, 0.52 oz. Au/ton). The 10 km long gold soil anomaly at Gold Dome occurs over gold mineralization in metamorphic rocks, immediately adjacent to a 90 million year old intrusion, with a classic gold-arsenic-bismuth-antimony geochemical signature (see Figure 2). Gold mineralization occurs in veins, stockworks, replacement zones and skarn. Highlights of drilling conducted during the period 1998 to 2003 include 6.4 m @ 7.09 gpt (gram per tonne) gold, 1.7 m @ 24.4 gpt gold, 7.7 m @ 3.67 gpt gold; 4.6 m @ 3.66 gpt gold and; 5.9 m @ 2.46 gpt gold.

Historical Exploration

Exploration at Gold Dome dates back to the discovery of placer gold in 1903 on Highet Creek. Following the discovery of the Fort Knox deposit near Fairbanks, Alaska, the property was explored for a similar intrusion-hosted gold deposit. Between 1994 and 1997, Kennecott Canada Exploration Inc. conducted a series of exploration programs including geological mapping, prospecting, stream sediment and soil sampling, trenching, airborne geophysics, and core and reverse circulation drilling (8 core holes totaling 1035 m and 13 RC holes totaling 1052 m). In 1998, La Teko Resources Ltd. completed an IP survey, further soil sampling and a core drilling program (7 holes totaling 1268 m). In 1999, the Company completed geological studies, a ground magnetic survey and core drilling (13 holes totaling 1358 m). In 2004, the property was optioned to Golden Patriot mining Inc., who carried out an IP survey and a 310 m 5 hole drilling program focused on the Tom Zone. Golden Patriot subsequently terminated its option.

During the 2006 field season, the Company carried out a program of line cutting, soil sampling and geophysical surveying over the newly defined Toby Zone. The work defined a 2 km by 1 km area of anomalous coincident bismuth, arsenic, gold and antimony soil geochemistry, located two kilometres south of the Tom Zone. The geophysical program included IP, magnetic and VLF-EM surveying on 21 kilometres of grid. This work was followed by road building and 1,430 m of mechanical trenching. The trenching program focused on the southeast part of the Toby Zone where the soil anomaly is coincident with a moderate IP chargeability anomaly. The trenching exposed large areas of intense alteration in the metasediments surrounding discrete 1 to 3 m wide zones of quartz-arsenopyrite-bismuthinite veining. A total of 622 grab and chip-channel samples were collected from the trenches. Assay values range from 0.002 to 14.9 gpt gold. Highlights include 4.2 gpt gold over 2 m and 8.1 gpt gold over 1 m in continuous chip samples.

Recent Results

During the third quarter of fiscal 2008, while the property was under option to Riverside Resources Ltd. Riverside completed a 5 hole, 600 m drill program targeting bulk tonnage gold potential along the Aorta Structure. This program was completed in late October 2007. Results of this program included several ten meter intervals of potentially ore grade gold mineralization and one high-grade interval (see Table below and Figure 3).

Previous drill holes into the Aorta structural corridor returned similar long intervals of gold mineralization including 54.9 meters of 0.45 g/t (RC97-11); 43.4 meters of 0.56 g/t (SH98-10); 20.3 meters of 1.03 g/t (SH99-23); 8.9 meters of 1.81 g/t (SH99-24) and 15.8 meters of 1.88 g/t (SH98-12). The combined results demonstrate continuity of low-grade, near-surface gold mineralization along the Aorta structural corridor.

3.1.5 Future Plans

Riverside did not fulfill its requirement to complete a minimum $400,000 work program in 2008 and has returned the property to the Company. The Company is seeking a partner to further explore the Gold Dome property.
